Job Description

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.

  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions.

  3. Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and specifications to clients to drive sales.

  4. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively closing deals and managing customer accounts.

  5. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to position products effectively.

  6. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and the client.

  7. Order Processing & Follow-Up: Ensure timely processing of orders and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  8. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.

  9. Willingness to travel around the country/Construction sites.

    NOTE : Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in selling Equipment/ other related items in similar Field – Contractors / Infra & Budling Project / Hydropower Projects
