About the job


We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Dhuni Software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for door-to-door marketing to promote our job portal services, focusing on establishing partnerships with various companies and driving sales through effective relationship management. This position requires a proactive approach to identify potential clients, negotiate agreements, and achieve sales targets aligned with both long-term and short-term goals. 


Responsibilities: 

  1. Conduct Door-to-Door Marketing: Actively engage with businesses in the area to promote job portal services and establish partnerships. 
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in various industries to generate new business opportunities. 
  3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions. 
  4. Negotiation & Agreement Formalization: Negotiate terms of service and facilitate the signing of partnership agreements with prospective clients. 
  5. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with management to create effective sales strategies that align with company objectives. 
  6. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports detailing progress towards targets, market feedback, and competitive analysis. 
  7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. 


Skills: 

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  2. Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively. 
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  4. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. 
  5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. 
  6. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
