Job Description

Job Responsibilities and Duties

 Create and maintain accurate order sheets, ensuring that all order details are correctly

documented.

 Managing the sales database and ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.

 Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all sales-related activities are aligned with

company goals and objectives.

 Verify and validate payments from customers, ensuring they are in accordance with agreed

terms and promptly addressing any discrepancies.

 Proactively monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, ensuring timely and complete

payment collection.

 Regularly perform account and balance confirmation, verifying financial transactions and

ensuring they align with agreed-upon terms.

 Collaborate with the team and customers to coordinate product dispatch, ensuring timely

delivery and customer satisfaction

 Designs sales strategies and processes 

 Daily report generation and reporting to sales head

 Maintains files systems and database of sales records

 Responds to client concerns and issues immediately

Sales Coordinator Job Requirements

 Minimum 3 years of experience in toys sector

 Excellent communication and coordination skills

 Proficient in MS Office and sales applications

 Exceptional time-management and organizational skills

 Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

 Knowledgeable in current market regulation and trends

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other similar fields
