Visit 5–10 construction sites daily, including residential and commercial buildings, to find new business opportunities.
Keep detailed records of all site visits in the Market Update File and share updates daily with management on WhatsApp in this format:

2. Building Relationships:
Meet with plumbers, technicians, architects, engineers, interior designers, builders, and contractors to create strong connections and introduce the company’s products.
Look for new projects and propose collaborations to expand business opportunities.
3. Payment Collection and Banking:
Collect payments from clients and ensure they are deposited in the company account.
Handle visits to the bank when needed.
4. Follow-Up on Ongoing Sites:
Regularly visit active construction sites to check on progress and understand client needs.
Address any problems at the site and work to resolve them efficiently.
5. Competitor Research:
Stay updated on competitor brands and their pricing through frequent market visits.
6. Coordination with Management:
Act as a link between clients and the management team to ensure smooth communication and project updates.
Participate in management meetings to discuss project requirements and progress.
7. Sub-Dealer Marketing:
Visit sub-dealers to introduce the company’s products and explore opportunities for contact-based sales.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always mandatory).
3–5 years of experience in sales of Sanitary ware/ Tiles.
Additional Skills and Requirements:
Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint or similar tools for creating reports and presentations.
Negotiation Skills: Confident and effective in negotiating with clients and vendors.
Product Knowledge: Experience in the sanitary, tiles, or related field. Salary will depend on your experience in these areas.
Willingness to Travel: Must have a valid driver’s license and be open to traveling for important client meetings. Travel expenses will be covered by the company.
Probation Period: The candidate must successfully complete a 3-month probation period, after which further discussions regarding continued employment and potential benefits will be finalized.
Salary Scale:
NPR 25,000 to 35,000 per month (based on experience in relevant field). A 5% annual increment will be provided to employees. This policy is fixed and nonnegotiable.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Sunday to Friday).
This schedule is fixed throughout the year, regardless of summer or winter.
Additional hours may be required based on company needs, including Saturdays. Any extra hours worked will be adjusted with other leave days taken by the candidate.
Special Requirements: Must own a scooter or bike with a valid driving license.
Leave Policy: Paid Leave: 12 days per year with prior approval and a valid, justifiable reason. The company reserves the right to approve or deny leave requests.
Candidates must submit leave application to management prior to leave under any circumstances.
