Job Description
  1. Implement marketing and advertising campaigns across all the centers of Alfa Beta by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.

  2. Handle Social Media pages by initiating campaigns, generating leads and responding to the queries generated

  3. Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

  4. Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with HO; placing orders and verifying delivery.

  5. Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases

  6. Plan meetings and events by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; and coordinating mailing lists

  7. Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

  8. Travel to the centers situated in and out of Kathmandu Valley as and when required by the supervision

  9. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

  10. Monitoring ongoing campaign spending against the budget, keeping accurate records, and highlighting where variances occur

  11. Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation, and promotion

  12. Involving key stakeholders for the product at each stage of the campaign, and reporting results once completed
