1.    Find a new potential POS (point of sale) for the network of designated route to reach the goals of company on the basis of business set plans;

2.    Attract the POS to the network of designated route by offering company’s services and showing benefits of it;

3.    Provide all necessary tools, documents and advertising materials to the POS for proper and effective business promotion;

4.    Follow up all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) specified by Ncell;

5.    Timely respond to sales queries of POS and save relations for further cooperation by communicating them through field visits, phone calls and messages;

6.    Timely collection of cash/documents from POS and submitting of them to the cluster’s branch office;

7.    Manage and solve occurred problems of POS in case if it is in the scope of responsibilities of company;

8.    Implement the sales transaction and dealing of NCELL products within the bound of the rules, regulations and criteria’s agreed by NTA/NCELL;

9.    Work within the terms and conditions agreed by the Cluster Distributor;

10.  Be solely responsible for any kind of discrepancies and fraud related activities within their job scope;

11.  Strictly prohibited to work based on the personal freewill and decision by neglecting the Rules and Regulation;

12.  Support and protect the interests of the company in any case when it comes to the company’s reputation and represent the company in the market if deemed necessary.
