Job Description

  1. Conduct regular field visits to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and potential clients within the assigned territory.

  2. Promote and sell tea leaf products by effectively communicating product quality, pricing, and unique selling points.

  3. Identify new market opportunities and actively work to expand the customer base.

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat sales and long-term partnerships.

  5. Carry out product demonstrations, sampling, and promotional activities as required to increase brand awareness.

  6. Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to support marketing strategies.

  7. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns.

  8. Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports, updating management on sales performance and market trends.

------Duty hour: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm or 10 am to 6 pm

------Note: The candidate will be assigned to a nearby location, with flexible location options.
