Job Description

Requirements:

 Knowledge of Sales of HR Services , HR Industry, HR Ecosystems

 Handle end-to-end acquisition of new businesses, manufacturing companies, IT companies,

SME, and Corporates

 Build customer acquisition strategy, marketing, digital marketing strategy, content management

system, and sales strategy and implement the action plan

 Drive lead generation to acquire new customers and drive business development activities

 Achievement of key metrics of input activities, conversion and revenue consistently

 Building strong Eco system partnership

 Competitor Analysis, market intelligence on competitor pricing and penetration strategies and

able to implement and execute counter strategy for client acquisition

 Entrepreneurial: The role requires the individual to be extremely passionate to build a startup,

spot key opportunities, act fast and grab them.

 Team player: The role requires the incumbent to work closely and coordinate with the Internal
