Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving hotel revenue by actively sourcing, developing, and managing relationships with corporate, group, and leisure clients. This role focuses on increasing occupancy, Events and maximizing revenue through strategic sales initiatives, effective client management, and collaboration with other hotel departments.

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals across all market segments (corporate, group, MICE, leisure, etc.)

  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital outreach.

  3. Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular client communication, relationship building, and customized service.

  4. Coordinate and conduct site inspections, sales presentations, and client meetings.

  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials.

  6. Track and analyze sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports.

  7. Leverage online travel agencies (OTAs) and event listing platforms (e.g., TripAdvisor, Booking.com, etc.) to promote hotel services and packages.

  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain updated, engaging content across all online booking channels and social media.

  9. Monitor and respond to online inquiries related to events, group bookings, and F&B offerings.

  10. Identify high-revenue opportunities including corporate dining, social events, weddings, and holiday functions.

  11. Actively source new business from local corporates, event planners, DMCs, travel agencies, and other potential clients.

  12. Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections to promote F &B offerings.
