Duties and Responsibilities of Sales & Marketing Officer

·         Setting goals and developing marketing strategies.

·         Responsible for finding potential customers, approaching them to achieve sales targets, and maintaining good client relationships.

·         Regularly visiting market place for research, client acquisition, ordering, collection, and feedback.

·         Prepare and implement the strategy of the company’s branding.

·         Prepare and report the sales report, the company’s performance, and its market position regularly.

·         Prepare and report the competitors and market information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing to the immediate supervisor.

·         Network with suppliers, large contractors, and other professionals.

·         Establish, manage, and maintain the social media account of the company, and come up with advertisement ideas and marketing campaigns both online and offline.

·         Must be able to achieve sales targets set by management.

·         Negotiate and handle complaints or objectives.

·         Collaborate with the design team to meet the customer requirements to achieve better results.

·         Help organize and implement market research to produce relevant marketing information.

·         Work under the direct supervision of the company’s CEO.
