Interact with customers over phone and social media platforms.
Inform customers about our products and offers.
Accept orders, confirm delivery / pickup details, and coordinate with the kitchen and delivery staff to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain customer goodwill.
Marketing
Collaborate in devising, implementing, and evaluating marketing plans and strategies, including social media marketing, SMS marketing, and direct marketing.
Make in-person visits and phone calls to leads.
Assist with planning campaigns on delivery partner channels.
Note:
Duty Hours: 12 PM – 9 PM, 6 days a week.
Benefit: Lunch, tiffin, and dinner will be provided.
Working day: 6 day in a week.
