Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promote the company’s reception, banquet, wedding, party, and event services to potential customers.

  2. Generate new leads through phone calls, social media, networking, referrals, and field visits.

  3. Communicate with clients, understand their event requirements, and provide suitable packages and quotations.

  4. Conduct venue tours and explain available facilities, packages, pricing, and services to prospective clients.

  5. Follow up with leads and clients regularly to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding planners, and other business partners.

  7. Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, social media marketing, and other marketing activities.

  8. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain records of leads, bookings, follow-ups, and sales performance.

    Duty Hour: 9 Hours

    Working Days: 6 days a week
