Job Description

  1. Promote and sell machinery and equipment products to potential clients through various sales channels.

  2. Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to increase product visibility and generate leads.

  3. Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales.

  4. Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively explain technical specifications and benefits to clients.

  5. Manage customer relationships and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  6. Coordinate with the technical and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.

  7. Maintain and update customer database, sales reports, and market feedback.

  8. Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities, competitors, and trends.

  9. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and product demonstrations as required.

  10. Primarily indoor work, but occasional field visits to client sites may be necessary.
