Job Description

  1. Must have a deep understanding of medicines, medical devices, or healthcare products – their uses, benefits, side effects, and how they work.

  2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.

  3. Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals as set by the company and contribute to business growth.

  4. Efficiently manage assigned areas or territories by planning regular visits and implementing sales strategies.

  5. Study market demand, track competitor activities, and collect customer feedback to adjust sales approaches.

  6. Work closely with the internal marketing team, logistics department, and senior managers for smooth operations.

  7. Follow government regulations (like FDA/DDA) and company policies while promoting products ethically.

  8. Gather feedback from customers and healthcare professionals and provide suggestions for product or service improvement.

  9. Regularly attend training sessions to stay updated with new products and industry knowledge.

    Note:

    Duty time: 10AM-5PM

    Should have to work as office messenger aswell.

    Must have Bike and license.

    Knowledge about marketing in medical line.

    Have to go Out of valley sometimes all expenses will be given by the company.
