Job Description

Manage customer reservations and bookings.
Ensure efficient and accurate processing of reservations and bookings.
Handle and respond to any escalated customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints via phone, email, and chat.
Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of sales reports.
