Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rope Access Glass Cleaner and Surface Cleaner to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning glass surfaces and other exterior surfaces on high-rise buildings and structures using rope access techniques. This role demands a strong focus on safety, precision, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Rope Access Operations:

· Perform cleaning tasks on glass and other exterior surfaces using rope access techniques.

· Utilize appropriate safety equipment and follow all safety protocols to ensure safe working conditions.

· Conduct pre-operational checks of all rope access equipment and report any defects or issues.

Glass Cleaning and Surface Cleaning:

· Clean windows and other glass surfaces to a high standard using specialized cleaning tools and solutions.

· Remove dirt, grime, and other residues from glass surfaces.

· Clean various exterior surfaces including but not limited to cladding, signage, and building facades.

· Use pressure washers, brushes, and other cleaning tools as necessary.

Other Activities:

· Inspect and maintain rope access and cleaning equipment regularly.

· Report any damage or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

· Maintain accurate records of work performed, including safety inspections and maintenance logs.

· Prepare reports on completed tasks and any incidents that occur during operations.

Certification in rope access (IRATA or SPRAT certification preferred).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in rope access work in window cleaning or surface cleaning is highly desirable.

Proficiency in rope access techniques and safety procedures.
