Job Description

  1. Cleans and prepares guest rooms.

  3. Guest Interaction: Provide friendly, professional service, address guest requests, and ensure satisfaction during delivery.

  4. Room Setup: Set up trays, tables, and rooms as needed, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.

  5. Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep room service area organized, clean, and stocked, and clear trays after use.

  6. Timeliness: Ensure prompt delivery of orders within specified timeframes.

  7. Health & Safety: Adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines during food handling and service
