Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.

  2. Provide product knowledge and demonstrate features/benefits.

  3. Upsell and cross-sell products to boost sales.

  4. Handle cash register operations, billing, and payment transactions.

  5. Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock levels.

  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.

  7. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  8. Keep up-to-date with current promotions and product information

    Note: Facility: Only Food, SIM and Recharge, OT Payment.

    Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products.

    Duty time: 7AM-7PM(shift wise)
