Job Description

  1. Create a conversion of footfalls visiting the outlet.

  2. Ensure team are well motivated and focused towards sales.

  3. Deal with customers and issue invoice after the purchase.

  4. Monitor and analyze the performance of the team.

  5. Oversee the customer service at the outlet.

  6. Manage inventory at the outlets.

    Note:

    Retail Sales-In-Charge is a supervisory position with responsibility of Sukhedhara outlet and technician team.
