Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with purchases, inquiries, and returns in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.

  • Handle cash register operations including sales, refunds, and exchanges.

  • Open and close the store in line with company procedures (including alarms and security checks).

  • Perform inventory checks and assist with restocking shelves and receiving deliveries.

  • Support management with daily tasks, staff direction, and resolving customer issues.

  • Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

  • Assist in training new staff as required.

    • सामानको सूची जाँच गर्नुहोस् र शेल्फहरू पुन: भर्ने तथा सामान प्राप्त गर्ने कार्यमा सहयोग गर्नुहोस्।

    • व्यवस्थापनलाई दैनिक कार्य, स्टाफ निर्देशन, र ग्राहक समस्याको समाधानमा सहयोग गर्नुहोस्।

    • सुरक्षा तथा सुरक्षासम्बन्धी प्रोटोकलसहित कम्पनीका नीतिहरू र प्रक्रियाहरू पालना गर्नुहोस्।

    • आवश्यक अनुसार नयाँ कर्मचारीको तालिममा सहयोग गर्नुहोस्।
