Job Description
  1. Planning, training and assigning work duties to the staff and ensuring that they work according to the compliance/standard of the restaurant business.

  2.   Make sure cleaning and maintenance task are completed within standard set by the management.

  3.    Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints and report them.

  4.   Must participate in recruitment process .(advertising, interviewing, selection & hiring)

  5.    Inspecting the F.OH restaurant supplies stock level and restock them in a timely manner.

  6.     Preparing timely reports as required by the management.(sales, petty cash transaction,.etc.)

  7.    Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions set by the management.

  8.    Regulate opening, preparing (lunch, dinner) closing procedures according to set standard.

  9.    Maintaining dress code, personal hygiene and code of conduct to standard of the establishment.

  10. .Organizing roster with manager, to meet the demand of restaurant.

  11. Cash Handling (Process daily sales transaction, maintain cash drawer & petty cash.)

  12. Ensure an effective communication to maintain updated information within F.O.H team  and the kitchen department

  13. Follow  policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
