Job Overview
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
Lead front-of-house and back-of-house shifts.
Maintain strict service and quality standards.
Act as the primary manager on duty when the General Manager is away.
Job Qualifications
1–2 years of experience as a restaurant lead server, captain, or supervisor.
Strong multitasking skills in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
Proficiency with modern restaurant POS systems.
