Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.

  2. Lead, guide, and monitor restaurant staff performance.

  3. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

  4. Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.

  5. Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift assignments.

  6. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize food and operational wastage.

  7. Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with management on restaurant performance.

    Duty Hour: 10AM - 8PM

    Working Days: 6 days a week
