Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations and service activities.

  2. Lead, train, and motivate waiters and other restaurant staff.

  3. Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.

  4. Monitor food and beverage service quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.

  5. Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth restaurant operations.

  6. Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily work assignments.

  7. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and proper use of restaurant supplies.

  8. Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and resort policies.

  9. Check restaurant cleanliness, table setup, and overall service standards.
