Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and maintain high standards of food and customer service.

  2. Manage, train, and support restaurant staff to improve performance and ensure proper service procedures are followed.

  3. Ensure excellent guest experience by handling customer requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.

  4. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order preparation and efficient workflow.

  5. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, safety standards, and compliance with restaurant policies.

  6. Manage staff schedules, shift assignments, and ensure adequate manpower during busy periods.

  7. Assist with inventory control, stock monitoring, billing procedures, and daily operational reports.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 9 AM - 7 PM incuding 1 hour break

    Candidates with their own scooter or bike will be provided with a fuel allowance per month.
