Job Description

  1. Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.

  2. Lead, guide, and motivate service staff to maintain high performance.

  3. Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.

  4. Coordinate with kitchen and service team for timely food delivery.

  5. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all areas.

  6. Manage staff duty rosters, attendance, and shift planning.

  7. Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and operational procedures.

  8. Support management in achieving sales targets and controlling costs.

Note: Duty Time: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM Work on shift basis.
