Job Description

  1. Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

  2. Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high performance standards

  3. Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally

  4. Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards at all times

  5. Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and shift assignments

  6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

  7. Manage inventory, supplies, and assist with ordering as needed

  8. Support management in achieving sales targets and improving overall restaurant performance
