Job Description

  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.

  2. Supervise and support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

  3. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all areas.

  4. Ensure excellent guest service by handling inquiries, feedback, and resolving complaints promptly.

  5. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering of food and beverage items.

  6. Assist in managing cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily financial reporting.

  7. Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, food safety regulations, and hospitality standards.
