Job Description

  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company procedures.

  2. Supervise, guide, and motivate staff, providing training and performance feedback as needed.

  3. Ensure excellent customer service, promptly addressing complaints and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

  4. Monitor inventory, manage stock replenishment, control wastage, and maintain accurate records.

  5. Track daily sales, support the team in achieving targets, and promote upselling opportunities.

  6. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards through regular checks.

  7. Prepare and maintain reports on sales, inventory, staff performance, and operational issues.

  8. Coordinate communication between management, staff, and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
