Job Description

  1. Guest Service Management: Ensure excellent customer service in bars and restaurants and timely response to guest needs.

  2. Staff Supervision & Training: Manage, supervise, and train bartenders and waitstaff while maintaining discipline.

  3. Operational Standards Compliance: Maintain smooth restaurant/bar operations and a comfortable ambiance per management standards.

  4. Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, maintain par stock, and make requisitions for drinks/snacks.

  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure food, beverages, and service meet standards; supervise proper table setup and cleanliness.

  6. Safety & Hygiene: Enforce hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in all areas.

  7. Administrative & Reporting: Maintain staff records, report guest complaints, and coordinate with HR and F&B Manager.

  8. Conflict & Overtime Control: Monitor alcohol consumption and manage staff overtime efficiently.
