Job Description

  1. Oversee daily operations of the restaurant staff (waiters, hosts, kitchen, etc.)

  2. Assign tasks, manage schedules, and ensure proper shift coverage

  3. Ensure excellent guest experience

  4. Handle customer complaints or issues professionally

  5. Train new employees on service standards and company policies

  6. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback

  7. Monitor food quality, hygiene, and presentation

  8. Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met

  9. Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies

  10. Assist with ordering and receiving deliveries

  11. Manage group bookings, events, and special requests

  12. Coordinate table settings and seating arrangements
