Oversee the daily operations and performance of all restaurant outlets.
Monitor food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Supervise outlet managers and staff, ensuring discipline, attendance, grooming, and performance.
Recruit, train, onboard, and develop restaurant staff across all outlets.
Implement and maintain SOPs, operational procedures, and inventory control systems.
Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
Review sales, operating costs, staffing, and maintenance needs, reporting key issues to management.
Support the opening of new outlets, including planning, recruitment, training, and operational setup.
Note:
Duty Hour: 10 AM - 6 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Given the nature of restaurant operations, the employee may be required to work beyond regular working hours and visit or provide support at different restaurant outlets, including during evenings, weekends, and peak service periods, as required by operational needs.
The employee may be assigned to the Bouddha branch from time to time based on operational requirements.
