  1. रेस्टुरेन्टको दैनिक सञ्चालनलाई प्रभावकारी रूपमा व्यवस्थापन गर्ने।

  2. कर्मचारीहरूको काम, तालिम र कार्यसम्पादनको समन्वय गर्ने।

  3. ग्राहकलाई उत्कृष्ट सेवा र सकारात्मक अनुभव प्रदान गर्ने।

  4. खाना, सेवा र सरसफाइको गुणस्तर कायम राख्ने।

  5. स्टक, बिक्री र खर्चको उचित व्यवस्थापन गर्ने।

  6. ग्राहकका गुनासा तथा समस्याहरूलाई प्रभावकारी रूपमा समाधान गर्ने।

  7. दैनिक गतिविधि र कार्यसम्पादनको रिपोर्ट तयार गर्ने।
