Job Description

  1. Lead, motivate, and supervise FOH and BOH teams, ensuring strong teamwork, effective communication, and positive guest experiences.

  2. Manage financial performance, including P&L statements, labor costs, and inventory control to meet business targets.

  3. Oversee daily restaurant operations while efficiently handling administrative tasks such as payroll and staff scheduling.

  4. Utilize POS systems, reservation platforms, and scheduling tools to streamline operations and improve service efficiency.

  5. Apply basic digital marketing strategies, social media engagement, and promotional planning to attract and retain customers.

  6. Ensure high standards of cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and overall restaurant ambiance, including lighting, music, and presentation.

  7. Coordinate with kitchen staff, understanding menu planning, food quality, and pricing in line with current culinary trends.

  8. Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills while maintaining a calm and professional environment.

Note: Duty hours are 9 hours per day.
