Monitor service standards, identify areas for improvement, and provide necessary staff training.

Ensure daily opening inventory procedures are followed and par levels for the bar are maintained.
Ensure closing inventory procedures are accurately carried out at the end of each day with zero discrepancies.
Conduct monthly inventory checks and ensure daily cash deposits are made at the bank the following day.
