  1. Proven experience in a managerial role within the specialty coffee or hospitality industry. (2 years)

  2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  3. In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and industry trends.

  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  5. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.

  6. Effective communication skills and the ability to build a positive team culture.

  7. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

  8. Need to have a bike for transportation.
