Job Description

  1. Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.

  2. Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

  3. Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels to prevent shortages.

  4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

  5. Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and enhance overall guest satisfaction.

  6. Prepare financial reports, monitor budgets, and control operational costs.

  7. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve restaurant performance.

  8. Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain food quality and timely service.

Note: The manager will be responsible for overseeing operations across three branches: Tinkune, Newroad, and Baluwatar.

--- A valid 2-wheeler license is compulsory for the candidate.
