Job Description

  1. Oversee and manage all restaurant staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

  2. Supervise and monitor inventory and stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment.

  3. Train and mentor employees to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.

  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and staff performance.

  5. Monitor restaurant performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.

  6. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for all restaurant activities.

  7. Contribute to increasing restaurant sales and brand reputation; eligible for performance-based incentives.

  8. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure excellent guest experiences.
