Job Description

  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

  2. Manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

  3. Maintain high service quality and food standards.

  4. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

  5. Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering supplies.

  6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.

  7. Supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

  8. Delegate tasks effectively to optimize workflow.

  9. Track daily sales, billing accuracy, and report financials to management.

  10. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in dining and kitchen areas.
