Job Description

A. Management & Operations

  1. Oversee daily operations of both the bakery factory and café.

  2. Ensure production schedules are met and inventory is well managed.

  3. Monitor hygiene, quality standards, and food safety compliance.

  4. Manage procurement of raw materials and maintain supplier relations.

  5. Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

  6. Maintain cost control, waste reduction, and efficient resource utilization.

  7. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.

B. Marketing & Business Development

  1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online + offline).

  2. Manage social media presence, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

  3. Build partnerships with corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, and event planners.

  4. Plan and execute product launches, events, and seasonal festivals

  5. Track competitors’ activities and market trends, suggesting improvements.

  6. Design and implement loyalty programs to retain regular customers.

C. Financial & Sales Management

  1. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  2. Prepare and analyze sales and expense reports.

  3. Support pricing strategies for products and promotions.

  4. Ensure cash handling and billing systems are accurate and transparent.
