Job Description

  1. Staff Management

  2. Hire, train, and supervise all restaurant staff like cooks, servers, and helpers.

  3. Make weekly work schedules so there are enough staff each day.

  4. Keep the team motivated and help solve any problems among them.

  5. Hold regular staff meetings and give feedback to help them improve.

  6. Customer ServiceMake sure every customer has a good experience and gets great service.

  7. Handle customer complaints and feedback in a polite and professional way.

  8. Build good relationships with customers to encourage them to come back.

  9. Financial ManagementKeep track of the restaurant’s budget, staff wages, and food costs.

  10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales and expenses.

  11. Find ways to save money without lowering the quality of food or service.

    Note : Duty hour: 12 hours
