Job Description

  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance

  2. Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness

  3. Manage staff scheduling, training, and supervision

  4. Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction

  5. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

  6. Maintain health and safety standards in all areas

  7. Track sales, control costs, and meet financial targets

  8. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations

  9. Plan promotions, special events, or seasonal offers

  10. Report to upper management with performance and progress updates

    Note: Fooding and lodging required

    Duty hour:12 pm to 9:30 pm
