Job Description

We are looking for a restaurant manager with years of proven experience in the food and beverage sector having good command over functional and leadership skills.   

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling restaurant staff and delegating tasks

  2. Hiring, training, and managing restaurant staff,

  3. Ordering food, alcohol, and cleaning supplies

  4. Supervising the preparation, display, and delivery of food and drinks

  5. Ensuring prompt and friendly customer service

  6. Maintaining quality and service standards

  7. Ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings and individual ingredients

  8. Educating staff about potential food allergies and how to make customers aware of these ingredients

  9. Maintaining good relationships with suppliers

  10. Meeting quarterly budgets and quotas

  11. Reducing operational costs

  12. Increasing productivity

  13. Ensuring all staff follow strict personal safety, food safety and food storage guidelines

  14. Supervising and maintaining restaurant cleanliness to meet regulatory sanitation and hygiene standards

  15. Managing inventory

  16. Interacting with restaurant guests to gauge satisfaction and improve customer service

  17. Responding to customer feedback and resolving conflicts effectively

  18. Operating the point-of-sale system, processing payments, and issuing gift cards
