Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
Ask if guests have prior bookings
Take calls and provide information
Provide guests with locker keys
Take reservations over the telephone, through email, and in person
Answer reservations regarding services, charges and facilities
Compute bills and take payments
Schedule bookings and maintain booking
Maintain member's and one time users records and entries
Greet guests and patrons as they arrive
Ask if guests have a prior booking
Take calls and provide information and transfer calls
Provide guests with locker keys
Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person
Answer queries regarding the services, charges, facilities
Compute bills and take payments
Provide guests with directions around the hotel
Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift
Receive payment and record receipts for services
Keep a current record of staff members' whereabouts and availability
Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable

Job Specification:
Should have a pleasing personality with a positive attitude
