Job Description

Job Description:

  1. Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable

  2. Ask if guests have prior bookings

  3. Take calls and provide information

  4. Provide guests with locker keys

  5. Take reservations over the telephone, through email, and in person

  6. Answer reservations regarding services, charges and facilities

  7. Compute bills and take payments

  8. Schedule bookings and maintain booking

  9. Maintain member's and one time users records and entries

  10. Greet guests and patrons as they arrive

  11. Ask if guests have a prior booking

  12. Take calls and provide information and transfer calls

  13. Provide guests with locker keys

  14. Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person

  15. Answer queries regarding the services, charges, facilities

  16. Compute bills and take payments

  17. Provide guests with directions around the hotel

  18. Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift

  19. Receive payment and record receipts for services

  20. Keep a current record of staff members' whereabouts and availability

  21. Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable

  22. Keep records of members and day users

  23. Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars


Job Specification:

  1. Should have a pleasing personality with a positive attitude

  2. Should have computer skills and be presentable

  3. Should be calm and persuasive

  4. must be proficient in English and Nepali languages(spoken & written)

  5. Experience in dealing with customers

  6. Experience in the hospitality, and spa industry will be given priority

7. Flexible working hours
