Job Description
  1. Lead and manage the Food & Beverage (F&B) team to ensure smooth operations.

  2. Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally.

  3. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including cleanliness and ambiance.

  4. Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels efficiently.

  5. Assist in menu planning, promotions, and upselling strategies.

  6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

  7. Train, schedule, and supervise staff performance.

  8. Monitor financial performance, control costs, and implement improvements.
