Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Welcome guests, assist with table allocation and seating, and ensure a professional and friendly dining experience.
Take and coordinate food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
Supervise waiters and service staff, assign duties and monitor their performance during each shift.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and ensure appropriate resolution.
Ensure proper restaurant cleanliness, table setup, service standards, and hygiene are maintained at all times.
Assist with billing, cash handling, stock coordination, opening/closing procedures, and other duties assigned by management.
