Job Description

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  2. 5+ years of hospitality management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  3. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  4. Ability to handle guest issues professionally and resolve them efficiently.

  5. Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and inventory control.

  6. Experience with property management systems (PMS) and other hospitality software is a plus.
