Job Description

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. Oversee the daily operations of the residential facility, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.

  3. Ensure that all facilities comply with safety regulations and standards.

  4. Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, security personnel, and housekeeping teams.

  5. Build positive relationships with residents and address their concerns or issues promptly.

  6. Facilitate communication between residents and management, fostering a sense of community.

  7. Implement resident engagement programs and activities to enhance the living experience.

  8. Collaborate with leasing teams to market available units and attract prospective tenants.

  9. Conduct property tours for potential residents and provide information about available amenities.

  10. Ensure efficient and effective tenant move-in and move-out processes.

  11. Assist in budget development and financial planning for the residential facility.

  12. Monitor and manage expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints.

  13. Work with accounting and finance departments to track rent payments and address any financial discrepancies.

  14. Maintain accurate records of resident information, lease agreements, and facility maintenance.

  15. Generate regular reports for upper management on occupancy rates, financial performance, and resident satisfaction.

  16. Document and report any incidents or issues promptly.

  17. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents and team members
