Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Reservations Executive to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will manage guest reservations, coordinate bookings, and ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to arrival. You will play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences by demonstrating excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a deep passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Accurately process and confirm bookings while maintaining up-to-date records.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guests’ specific requirements.
• Maximize occupancy and revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and special requests promptly.
• Prepare and analyze reservation reports to support operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in reservations or a similar customer service role (experience in luxury hospitality is a plus).
• Proficiency in reservation software (e.g., Opera, IDS, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Nepali and/or Hindi is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
