-Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
-Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and training to the sales team.

2.Store Visits:
-Visit stores on a daily basis to monitor operations, provide support, and ensure that sales strategies are being implemented effectively.
-Address any store-level issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
3.Sales Analysis & Stock Management:
-Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
-Order stock for each store based on sales analysis, ensuring that top-selling products are always available.
-Monitor and manage store stock levels, ensuring optimal stock display.
-Plan clearance strategies for non-moving items to maximize sales and reduce inventory costs.
4.Product Focus:
-Focus on promoting and selling top-selling products to maximize revenue.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for key products.
4.Odoo Software Proficiency:
-Learn and proficiently use Odoo software for inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting.
-Ensure accurate data entry and reporting through the software.
5.Market Research & Customer Insights:
-Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
-Gather customer feedback and insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
6.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-Work closely with the marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
-Coordinate with store managers to ensure that all stores are aligned with the company’s sales goals and objectives.
7.Reporting:
-Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and action plans.
-Track and report on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
